MING TÁNG 明堂
Ming Táng originally means impact, or something that matters in Chinese.
It also means a place of light, and of openness.
Inspired by traditional Chinese cuisine, particularly, flavours from my hometown and my childhood, I created this series to bring food, conversations, and people together to coproduce a space of light of our own.
At Ming Táng, what essentially matters is the intimate experience of being lost, of being open, and of being completely present in every bite we take, every word we speak, and every connection we create from one table.
